Handle and shaft NOT attached to lever as shown in picture. Have a Phillips head screw to remove in order to assemble to lever. No instructions. Snapped off head trying to get it apart. Had right sized bolt in my “keep” pile. Some thread locker and just on loose enough to allow spinning. All the reasons for the one star.
