Cerium (Ce) Matte

This one turned out a bit thicker compared to other polishes I bought and ended up tricky for me to handle. It dries fast, and so it tended to clump unevenly my first few attempts. But this was easily smoothed over (pun intended) by adding a couple drops of polish thinner. This one looks more of a brown creme against my complexion, with very little rose. A lovely neutral color. It looks great on its own or when used for supporting sheer polishes.
