Sludge is a very good way to describe this product! The texture both hot and cold is pretty weird and gross. Not oatmeal consistency at all. Taste is bitter; the berries in it are good. Even with honey and peanut butter, it was not particularly palatable.

Good consistency and nutrition. Flavor is bland, need to add protein powder, fruit or honey.
