I honestly didn't expect to love this as much as I do, I had thought I would only use it occasionally and as a convenience food when traveling. But now I look forward to it every day. There is simply no way I could take the time to combine the ingredients that this contains in these proportions. I add wild blueberries and extra nuts, and sometimes a scoop of protein powder for extra protein, but this is a terrific foundation and is also good just as it is.

Love it!
I’ve been eating oatmeal for years and try to get my protein, fat, carb, fiber ratio just right in the morning. Powersludge takes all the guesswork out of my breakfast with all the right nutrition I need to start the day off right. I love the taste, added strawberries and it was so good. I love that I can travel with these packets too and just add hot water! Thank you for making such a great product!
