I wanted to return this item as it was the wrong bag for my Honolulu pens. It hadn't been used and was in original packaging but when I requested a return I was made to jump through hoops and told i had to pay to return it. This is not the normal process for returns in majority or retailers so im very disappointed. I eneded up having to keep the item and lose money even though I have no use for it.
