B4- Handle Digital display X3 Base

I purchased one of their products, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I contacted the company immediately and requested a refund, as I no longer need the item. I am willing to return the damaged iron; however, the company has refused to issue a refund and continues to insist on providing a replacement instead. I do not want or need a replacement and am requesting a full refund for the damaged product. Product does not heat
