The pillow is the same as something I could have gotten at Walmart for 15 dollars. It holds in heat and causes you to sweat. It goes completely flat as soon as you lay down on it, there is no cradling of your head or neck support. Very disappointed and the description was misleading. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
