The Colby Jack cheese is so absolutely scrumptous! It’s always so exciting to watch a dairy consumer try Rebel cheeses and watch their reaction! I haven’t seen a dissatisfied person yet. They are always impressed and want more.

Really like this for sandwiches, pretty neutral and good on its own. I've been using it on my breakfast sandwiches and it has a great flavor.
