Shipped from NY direct in 2 days. All parts needed were there except a 4 inch alligator adjustable clamp. Used one off the old pump. Thank you very much for your quick delivery and professional service. Had everything we needed for plumber. Service rep was knowledgeable and helpful.

Great company to deal with. Been using these pumps for years. Negative comment would be, the switches on the pump fail,but the motor Will continue to work if the switches replaced.pumps should be checked routinely just a heads up

Replaced what already was installed.

5 yrs ago the sump pump that was installed when I bought my home, quit. The guy from the business I called suggested a replacement. The replacement lasted 5 years and when he checked it, there was water in the electrical housing due to gasket failure. I only ordered the same motor again as it was plumbed to fit this make/model. I hope this one lasts longer.
