it is very disappointing. I ordered 10 days back from canada still i can not get it. somebody in India pput the value 10 CAD in document. and I have to argue with DHL. They are not passing it as the value in the document and my purchasedoen not match. because of your csrelessness Ilost my money and could not get the product as well. there is no support from your company. very frustrating........SAD
