Great tasting cookie with easy to follow instructions. My cookie balls did not spread during baking though, so the next batch I had to press down to give me even baking.

Mmmmm…..Scouties
Better than the original these are based on. I made mine much smaller than the recipe (and gave them away to see if they would be accepted where I am). Now I have to make more as some people were disappointed they didn’t get any! No doubt these will be BIG sellers! By far the best of Nicole’s recipes…so far! Every one is a winner!

Better than the GS cookie
Get this recipe ASAP. Make it and try not to eat them all! The salted caramel takes these over the top and makes them better than the Girl Scout cookie. I dipped the bottoms of my cookies in chocolate just like the GS cookie. These were a huge hit with everyone, even those who are not coconut fans.
