Frosted Forest Charlotte Dress

This dress is beautiful. We received several comments on how nice it looked. It’s got a good weight to it. It feels and looks to be made of good quality materials. The lace type fabric near the bottom either came with a 1” hole along the stitching, or it happened the 1st time it was worn. That’s disappointing. I would say it runs small. My 18 month old fit perfectly in a 3T and she is in 24M or 2T in all other brands except Burt’s Bee’s.

The dress is gorgeous but runs a tad small in my opinion. I wish I had sized up

The dress is beautiful but I’m disappointed that there are no shorts/bloomers for under the dress. Especially for the price we pay. Normally they come with shorts of some sort.
