White production markings all over vest. Looks like some sort of markings they used to guide with stitching and molle placement. Makes it look pretty poor though considering the amount of money we pay for it. Original lead time was 60 days waited over 120 days. Brest pockets are super tight making it pretty difficult to place/remove any pen or notecards in/from them.
