Beautifully comfortable

This is my second Snoozeband, and the first with an eye mask. The silk insert is very comfortable for sleeping and I use the deeper eye cups for meditation and self hypnosis. I wouldn’t be without now.

A perfect sleep

This snoozeband is the easiest way to get a good night’s sleep. It’s so light on my head, I don’t even know it’s there! Can listen to my radio and sleep past the early morning light that always used to wake me. Worth every penny

Life changing

It sounds excessive but I've honestly not slept so well in years! It's been about two weeks and I am falling asleep more easily, my thoughts don't race as they did before and I sleep deeply through the night. When I do stir that 2am anxiety monkey is very much asleep too! With better sleep I am functioning better and it's got me into a really positive cycle whereas before the lack of sleep just added to stress. It's incredible how a simple product can have such massive effects. This is one of the best items I have bought in years!!!!! I love it and am so thankful for the calm it has brought to me.
