When you pay $19 monthly membership you are charged $2.28 fee as well--payment is $21.28 each month. So your effective store credit is actually 17.72. when I went to redeem my credits the pricing of items is set up to make you need to "just add one more thing" to reach a total that gives you a so-called reward. I managed to get my total to add up to my available credits plus $1, but my credit card would not put through a charge of that low amount, so I had to buy something else. I decided to cancel my subscription, and found there is no way to easily do that. I am waiting for a representative to contact me. A shame. I like the products. But not the cheesy marketing strategies. Since they are making it difficult to cancel the Riversol Membership, I'll stop buying the products altogether.

Great products! All my friends tell me how beautiful my skin is. They ask what my skincare i use. I refer them to Riversol. The membership is awesome.

Have sensitive skin with occasional flare ups with Rosacia but this skin care is totally manageable. Am really enjoying the simplicity.
