Terrible Customer Service

This has been a terrible experience ordering a kayak from this company. I ordered a new 2025 model from the secret page (guaranteed to ship within 60 days) it took 120 days for it to ship and there was zero communication from the company about shipping delays unless I inquired. After I got it I immediately found it had a hole in it and that it had zero packaging in the box (a piece of it had busted out of the side of the box and sustained damage). I immediately let the company know and sent multiple emails but was met with lazy relys. I was notified that I was accidentally shipped a kayak meant to be sent to refurbishing. I asked for a return slip and a replacement kayak but never got a reply. After a week I gave up and asked for a full refund with no replacement then literally minutes later I was emailed the return slip! I was genuinely baffled by the lack of communication and poor shipping of this company. Will never do business with them again.
