Terrific split reverse cycle AC - better than Avanti model

We have 3 MHI Avanti A/Cs of different sizes but this new Ciara model is a lot better. Almost silent when on - it is the quietest split AC we have had. It also cools & heats the room very quickly and efficiently. I find the 1.5kw Ciara does a better job than our 2.5kw Avanti unit. OZ Air Online were great to deal with - great low price and order went through quickly and we picked up from the warehouse same day. Installer said they are slightly more difficult to install than the Avanti models but didn't find it too much of a bother.
