I absolutely love our new stair carpet and the process with Direct Carpet. After I ordered my carpet, a rep reached out to my to recommend a longer length based on my stair count. I was pretty confident in my measurements so I declined, but they sent me the extra length free of charge anyway to make sure I had enough. I really appreciated them going above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. The carpet looks great and is extremely comfortable under foot. We hired a handyman to put it in for us and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
