The products are great but have to say your new customer service system is abhorrent. Portland Gear went from a fantastic customer service experience to zero with your new AI system. There is no way to contact customer service person via phone at all. And it's all online, which would be fine except it's maintained by AI. When there's a shipping issue, which we had, there wasn't anyone to contact. Ultimately the issue was resolved, it's frustrating to say the least to go from having amazing customer service and being able to call via phone or email, etc. to you now only having one way of communication and it isn't even with a person. Poor business decision.

Soft and comfy. I prefer un-cinched ankles so I am cutting off the bottom. Otherwise 5 stars.
