Mini Ice Cream Hair Claw Clip

I had an amazing customer experience with Jenny Lemons! Other companies should take note. I ordered some items as a Christmas present, but didn't receive them yet by the 23rd when I had ordered them over 10 days prior. I reached out and the package was lost via USPS. They very generously offered to overnight a new order. I didn't take them up on that offer. But I reached out 10 days later after I received a crushed box via USPS and everything in the box was destroyed. They immediately responded that they would replace the full order for free and the order was shipped the following day. Great experience. I'll definitely order again and recommend them to others.
