Stunning canvas but a very long wait!

The canvas is absolutely stunning, I cannot fault it. The photos have been carefully and thoughtfully placed and it is an absolute joy to have on the wall reminding us of a very special holiday. I do however have an issue with timescale and communication and this is reflected in the overall rating of the product. I ordered at the end of November and was sympathetic that this was a busy time of the year so had no expectation to have contact until the new year. After 9 weeks (end of January) I’d not had any communication so I touched base and was assured it wouldn’t be too much longer. Almost 4 weeks later, no word, so I got in touch again and it was told I it was in progress. 2 weeks later, I made contact again and I finally was shown the draft picture. I requested a couple of adjustments which took a few days. I finally received my order 2 weeks after that. I was told I’d be sent tracking but this wasn’t sent until after I’d received the order! In total it had taken 18 weeks from point of ordering to receiving the canvas. Communication was minimal and always initiated by me. Whilst I absolutely recommend the product, the timescales given online are not accurate and for the cost of the product I would have expected better customer service. Something to be aware of when ordering.
