I'm someone who get Crumbl weekly so I decided to do a small business instead. I was honestly underwhelmed by the cookies- they were a lot harder than expected and you would think since coming deconstructed they would have instructions, I recommend adding instructions individualized for each cookie to make it easier for the consumer. I think some of the icings were different and I wasn't sure which one went with each cookie, also the packaging made it hard to find everything I almost didn't realize there was sprinkles and I didn’t realize there was Carmel for one of the cookies until after I tried it. the cookies themselves were just ok, mine all were cooked more than my preference but I know that might not be everyone's preference. I also felt the taste was lacking in sweetness or the key ingredients for example snickerdoodle didn't really taste like anything. overall it was okay I think everything could be executed a little better especially for the price.
