I buy all my mushrooms from Antioxi now and also my mushroom coffee & alkaline blend for my smoothies. I found capsules form easier to take on a daily basis if I’m honest but that’s because I’m always in a rush! I used to add lions main powder into my coffee in powder form but capsules are definitely quicker for me. Great brand thank you antioxi
