Love this dress but inconsistent sizing

I loooove this dress, I got the periwinkle medium and it was a bit too big. Was holding out hope for the small to come back in stock so. I tried the teal small, which was also too big. The periwinkle xs came back into stock so I tried that and it’s too small :/ my hope is the periwinkle s will fit just right and it’s a color/material thing? Just crossing my fingers it will come back in stock

The color is perfect and the material is nice. I usually wear small to medium shirts so i purchaes size medium to be sure and unfortunately it was a little too snug which made the lining flip. That was the only issue in my opinion.
