Made it right!
I saw Greg on JRE and immediately looked up his artwork. I was intrigued by the fine art prints in particular and placed and order for the Dreamer. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. Someone in the shipping process had stepped on the package and caused the print inside to be creased so badly it was unfixable.
I contacted the site through the online chat app and was helped through the process of replacement and they even offered me an additional print at no price for my patience through the process. Both prints have since arrived in good condition and have provided a real classy look to my walls!
I cant speak highly enough of the quality of the prints or the customer service I received, really above and beyond service! As I worked in the service industry for most of my career it is not that things never go wrong but what you do to rectify it that really makes your company stand out to existing customers but also potential customers that speak with them.
If your thinking a purchase I strongly suggest it, not only is the artwork beautiful but the service is impeccable!
