I am happy with my selection of the Checkered Canvas watchband. It looks good with my silver-colored watch with a dark blue/black colored face. The only issue I have is that the band is stiff and I have trouble getting it into the first, fixed loop that is very close to the latch. I am assuming that over time the band will loosen up a bit and it will be easier to get into the loop. If not, the band should be redesigned to make that first loop further from the latch.
