Kits are high quality, boxed well, and have links to videos that are invaluable for those that are learning. I was concerned at first for the shipping/delivery because they took so long to ship out and they use a newer and smaller carrier, but they arrived when I needed them as a gift.

The ring does not screw tight enough to hold the fabric tight so I’m unable to stitch. I have sent a message no one ibas replied.

I am new to the embroidery world & Clever Poppy has been the BEST at teaching me! This pattern was my second Clever Poppy beginner's kit and I truly enjoyed it.
