I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the ornaments purchased. The Floral Folk Santa ornament arrived wrapped in paper without a radko box, and I paid extra for 2 'plush gift bags' which were not included. The Floral Folk Santa is missing paint along the staff, has bubbled paint on the robe, and has clearly visible peeling stickers on it instead of being hand painted.
