i reached out to AIRANDANCHOR by email asking about a certain color of necklace(all i had was a picture from a review.) they said sure it’s our coastal line piece and sure we can custom make the length you want . they even took the time to disclose if they make personalized jewelry it would not be eligible for exchange or refund. glad to know and very understandable! i ordered it and fell in love with it! this is my 3 rd necklace and i also have 3 charms and i also bought my husband a necklace. they are a wonderful investment that you will be able to enjoy for a lifetime!

I love how much I can customize these and that even the heavier of the 2 chains doesn't make my neck feel weighted down. The assistant at the store was so patient and amazing with all the requests and questions we had. We will def be going back
