CO2 Lift Pro Carboxy Gel Treatment

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed my order on July 7, and my package still has not been delivered. I paid for DHL First Class shipping, but my order was shipped using DHL Standard instead. I paid extra for a faster shipping service that I never received. Charging customers for one shipping service while using a cheaper one is unacceptable. Trying to contact customer support has been equally frustrating. The company does not provide a working customer service email. I attempted to email the address listed for the business, but the message was rejected because the email address does not exist. The only available option is a contact form on the website, making it extremely difficult to get assistance. At this point: * My package has still not been delivered. * I did not receive the shipping service I paid for. * The company does not provide a valid customer support email. * There has been no satisfactory resolution. I expect the company to refund the difference in shipping costs, as I did not receive the DHL First Class service that I paid for, and to resolve the issue with my undelivered order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company until these issues are addressed.
