First, read the information carefully. I thought the one I bought had a larger interior dimension. I was wrong and now have to get boxes to store my grandmother's silver in rather than the box I had used for decades. Second. make sure you know what are getting. I wanted a safe for fire and burglary. fortunately, I did order the right one which is for a fire, more important of the two choices. I think the lock mechanism bit is pretty. cheap and was disappointed in that quality but the rest of the safe looks to be just right. The company customer service is wonderful. When I thought I bought the wrong safe, ,They offered to exchange it as long as I paid for the return shipping. they offered me the services of a rep to make sure I ordered the right now the second time around. As it turns out, I am keeping the original one since it's easier to just modify what I need. I am likely to get a battery operated light to Velcro inside to see the inside better but it should all work out just fine.
