CERULEAN SEA

Amazing dye

I purchased the cerulean sea along with the fuschia from the velvet collection. The colors came out beautiful and for me, the cerulean sea doesnt actually bleed that much or come off too much in the shower.

Even though the color was more intense than the other two I bought (smokey navy and smokey mauve), I still had to let it sit for two hours, and the color is much more blue than teal/green. Moreover, the color doesn't cover the roots. I wouldn't buy it again.

Application was phenominal, minimal staining and color is STUNNING i mixed cerulean sea and juniper!!
