CERULEAN SEA

It smelled good and shipped quickly. It was a good hair dye but the color didnt come up much in my hair but that mightve been my fault with my thick course brown hair. I’d recommend lightening your hair as it would def work better. You get w lot of dye for the price. Good quality.

The most gorgeous vivid color ever. Literally Listerine bluegreen lol I'm in loveee! I wish I could get the camera to show how vivid it really is instead of just looking blue.

Amazing dye

I purchased the cerulean sea along with the fuschia from the velvet collection. The colors came out beautiful and for me, the cerulean sea doesnt actually bleed that much or come off too much in the shower.
