Discussion with your representative re delivery to my home was not straightforward. The arrangement was that tiles would be delivered on a Friday. They were not. Then the enquires I made by phone and e mail weren’t answered. Then sometime later ) about a week) when I was thinking i would have to go to the police, a parcel was left on the street at my front gate. Anyone could have stolen them. I had explained that items could not be left at my house if I was not home. That instead a note to collect from the post office would be safe. So, I was not happy that this happened tho I loved the tiles when they arrived.
