NON7 Stewed Cherry & Coffee

Interesting taste, expected the flavor to resemble wine a bit more. Wouldn’t buy again but would enjoy at someone else’s home.

I love all the flavors! Best nonalcoholic beverage I have found!

too many loud flavors

Firstly, this wine is potentially too effervescent and exploded upon opening despite being kept at a cellar temp. Then when I took it home with a sparkling topper, the effervescence redeveloped and caused the topper to pop off very loudly/forcefully at home. I think the attempt to make a more savory-leaning red wine alternative is ambitious and unfortunately the combination of each flavor drowned out the nuances that should have been there. As a result it was too strong and far too punchy, with each flavor note competing with one another. I think the coffee note in particular was the main culprit, and pairing back somewhat on this in a reformulation would be ideal.
