Very Smooth

As I've previously stated, I'm going to try all of Pure Earth's roasts. Summit ranks as one of my preferred coffees now from this good company to date. While still leaning toward the Brazilian overall, I find this coffee is much smoother, or perhaps mellow is a better word. I generally have a cup at bedtime (it really doesn't keep me awake!!!), and have discovered this one to be more relaxing

This is a great coffee for those looking for a smooth yet flavorful cup. I think this would be a perfect coffee to introduce to a new coffee drinker.
