The GROUNDED mentorship program has not only expanded my gardening knowledge, but it has connected me to an incredible community of growers who are learning from each other. I can't wait to apply the knowledge I've learned this season!

My partner and I decided to after years of not super successful harvest from our gardening efforts that we needed to find a mentor. The Restorative Garden Mentorship with Mind & Soil made understanding the garden and all the variables with so much ease. The garden planning and tracking forms made what was once an overwhelming task became a fun experiment that supported us in creating our dream garden. We brought life back to our soil, built and created a successful hot compost area in our yard. We learned how to not only grow big beautiful gardens but the focus on the mindfulness in the garden and in each of our zoom lessons together we would do a short Breathwork meditation and visualization that added so much more to our lives than what we were cultivating in our garden. I cannot recommend Mind & Soil enough if you want to learn how to garden, how to have more fun experimenting in your garden and to tap into a beautiful garden community. So much gratitude for the Garden Gang 2023
