first impressions

Disastrous shipping, 10 days to receive the product and a complete lack of information on the shipping status. Customer service is quick to respond but inadequate in resolving issues. I've been testing the watch for a couple of days, and upon first use, it was quite slow in communicating with the app. This situation seems to improve over time. Data collection seems good, the GPS signal is fairly accurate, but it's slow to connect without being paired with the app. The materials seem good and will last a long time. I'll update later when I've collected more data.

A very nice watch which deserves a few small improvements

A very nice watch. It meets my expectations. I deducted one star because I find the GPS lock-on slow, and it's a shame that Bluetooth cannot be turned off. That would be handy if you don't want exposure to radio waves while sleeping.
