Numbered Foil Balloon - Garden Party

It was defective and the part to blow it up was beoke!

Dissapointed.

The balloon blew up as soon as I walked out of the flower shop and was told they put regular helium amount as per instructions….Didn’t get to take my birthday pictures!

Pretty pattern and would have given it 5 stars but didn’t realize they came without a straw to blow them up. Had a panic moment but a straw was found that would work and all was good.
