You better know how to use it!

It is an ongoing very FRUSTRATING experience! The small booklet that came with the TACC III was mostly for a different version of Tidel's cash dispensers. No help at all in setting it up or using the TACC III! When I called the Safe & Vault store to ask for help, I was referred to the Tidel company 800 number! The technician at Tidel sent me jpegs of certain pages via email which helped with the set-up. But this still didn't explain the actual use of the safe or the mysterious black key that is inserted in the top. I have still not completed the programming because I still do NOT have a users manual for the TACC III.
