Sturdy harness but fur gets caught in straps

The harness is sturdy and stays in place well. The harness is well made and stays on but Our 3 lb silky haired yorkie has a very small neck so we have to tighten the chin strap. The velcro strap folds back to the inside so it is impossible to undo without getting the dog's fur caught in the velcro.
