This review is for other masc presenting women who might try Sartoro! Timely customer service from initial free video call with the owner to talk fabric options and throughout the remake process. I did the initial measurements myself which was a little tricky to get right. I recommend enlisting the support of a tailer to do the job. You also send in photos so the team has an idea of what body shape they are crafting for. I ended up having to get the jacket remade once and pants twice - which did take time! I recommend giving yourself plenty of wiggle room if you’re planning for an event - at least four months out. The fit guarantee covered these remakes except for shipping on the third pair of pants which seemed reasonable for the trouble. If I had more time, I would have taken the suit to an in person tailer to really make it perfect. Overall, I was pleased with my suit and will consider Sartoro for the next one - especially since they now have my measurements on file.
