The absolute worst e-commerce experience I’ve ever had in my life. They wanted to ship it with some third-party courier that I’ve never heard of the courier. When I reached out, told me that they never got the package, but Coop told me that they had shipped it. it turned into a whole big issue because they refused to ship it any other way, but I was afraid I was never gonna get my package. There were many reviews that said that people never got their package and it got lost in the mail. I ended up wanting to cancel because I didn’t want to have mine lost. They gave me trouble over refunding it even though the courier had confirmed with me that they never got the package after asking many many times and raising my voice they finally refunded me, but not after a whole morning of stress and anxiety. I would never ever buy from coop sleep goods again I would never recommend anyone to buy from Them
