Gold Multi-Name Necklace

When I first ordered this necklace for my mom and it said fourteen to make/deliver, which is understandable because it's custom however when fourteen days passed I email them and they just told me the same thing over and over again. These unclear answers worried me because I have bought other items from them custom and this never happen so I wanted to cancel it because too much time has passed and I got a response of the same thing so I gave up because I feel like I got scammed from a place that I adore and I just received it today to my complete shock and when I gave it to my mom all these negative thoughts and feeling went away making it worth the struggle.
