Personalized 3 in 1 Shadow Box Display (Medal, Race Bibs, and Photo) – Marathon and Triathlon Display

The expected delivery date was way off and we missed the opportunity to give it for a birthday because it took so long to get here. Overall it is very nice and worked out well. Would also like a bit more instruction on better ways to put it together instead of just “use tape” and mounting instructions.

The photo opening needs to be a tad smaller to guarantee no gaps around the edge of the photo. There was no film on either side of the glass as described in the instructions. There was no mention in the instructions of the 6 pieces of 2-sided tape. I think it was for securing the medal in place. It was very hard to peel the backing off the tape. In the setup instructions the labels for the pieces do not correspond with the names of the pieces in the instructions. I would suggest some guide lines on the base card that would make it easier to correctly position the photo under the matt card. Likewise a centering guide for the medal would be helpful. Otherwise it looks very nice.

Had to get help on chat for the lettering I wanted. Very efficient and helpful in getting the perfect product created and delivered. It arrived before Christmas too! Appreciate it!
