I ordered two expensive watches from Paul Rich expecting premium quality and luxury craftsmanship, but unfortunately I was disappointed with the watch crystal/mirror quality. One of the watches has noticeable reflection and finishing issues on the crystal that make it look unclear and poorly finished under light. For the price paid, I expected much better quality control and attention to detail. The design of the watches is beautiful, but the quality issue seriously affected my experience. I hope the company improves its quality checks and resolves this professionally.
