Unlike the implication of their name, getting my record from Hassle Records was no hassle at all! I moved in the time between my order being placed and shipped; I completely forgot that I should let them know until I got an email confirming shipment. I sent an email to customer support, and they sent another copy my way without hesitation. I live in the United States, and they were shipping from the UK; this is customer service at its finest.
