MoonMount 4.5" Vacuum Anchor

Is this a new product that may be replaced? It's different than the one we saw in the pictures when we ordered the wonderful awning with the anchors. These different anchors were mounted on a clean hard service with moisture as instructed and pumped all the way. There must be a flaw in the suction pressure mechanism because the pressure will slowly reduce and come loose within a day. It happened a few times so every day I would pump it up again. Also, my friend had a suction tool that repair shops use to pull dents out of cars and it worked really well on one side while I only had to pump the MoonMount side. Sometimes a new product can be a great improvement, but sometimes it doesn't work out. We really like the awning (12 by 9) and are very happy with it, so it was a surprise that the anchors failed.

Awesome product Super easy to set up Works well (once i removed the plastic cover haha My husband couldnt figure out why it wasnt working )

Still having difficult time holding full vacuum but these hold for 8-10 hours before needing more jump to get vacuum tight.
