It was extremely difficult to open the lid. I called and the lady was so accommodating. She said they would send me a replacement. I haven’t gotten it as yet. Very nice people on the phone. Much appreciated

I put the feeder up on my Kitchen window and it works Great. I’ll buy more of them.
