Nice smelling, non-greasy heat rub. Takes a bit to warm up, but once you're moving it kicks in. The capsaicin is a great alternative to menthol based heat rubs.

Have re-ordered so am totally happy with “ Hot Rub “. It’s been great for taking the edge off used muscles .
