I would have rated lower, because the stone color was not as described as image when ordering, it was DARK. But I rated them a 4 star because of the way they handled the situation afterwards. I believe this company is HONEST, based on the customer SATISFACTION. They really tried their best to accommodate me , knowing I wasn't pleased with the birthstone stone colors. The presentation of the bracelet was beautifully done...

I purchased this beautiful birthstone bracelet for my Mom. She is 87 years old and is a great grandmother to three beautiful great grandaughters all under 3 yrs old. It brought tears to her eyes. She said it's the most beautiful gift she has ever been given. Not only did Custom Goods totally deliver, in time for Christmas but they also managed to arrange the birthstones of Feb, March and Sept in a beautiful sea of color. Thank you so much.
